A Study on Classroom nursery Teacher’s Job Performance

Abstract

|
The survey is to characterize the nursery job of the classroom nursery teachers in rural areas, and to investigate the health environment of schools and the realities of health education. The results were ; 1. There is an increasing trend of their age, schooling, and experiences, female teachers rating higher than the male. 2. Their job performance in nursing was diminished by the extra burden of classroom teaching and other responsibilities in school. 3. The hygienic environments were below the average level in general, and an immediate measure must be taken in preserving the facilities more cleanly and in preventive method against disease. 4. Those teachers should be given a special knowledge in nursery through periodical follow-up training. 5. There should be administ rational financial support from the goverment for school health act to be strictly observed.
